No Slip is operated by Gyzer Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 15058377), whose registered office is at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. We are the data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We collect and process the following categories of personal data:

• Account data: name, work email address, job role.
• Usage data: actions taken within the platform (audit log), login timestamps, IP addresses.
• Programme data: construction programme files uploaded to the platform. This data belongs to your organisation and is processed on your behalf.
• Technical data: browser user-agent, session cookies.
• Demo request data: name, email, company, role, and any message provided via the website contact form.

We process personal data on the following legal bases:

• Contract performance - providing the No Slip platform to subscribed users.
• Legitimate interests - platform security, fraud prevention, and responding to enquiries.
• Consent - for any marketing communications (opt-in only).

We use the following sub-processors to deliver the service:

• Neon (Databricks Inc.) - database hosting (EU, Frankfurt)
• Vercel Inc. - application hosting (EU, Dublin)
• Resend Inc. - transactional email delivery (EU)

Platform data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus a 90-day grace period. Audit logs are retained for 7 years. Demo request data is retained for 24 months from the date of submission.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data. To exercise these rights, email privacy@noslip.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to the ICO.
