Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of No Slip, operated by Gyzer Technologies Ltd (Company No. 15058377, registered office at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU). By using No Slip you agree to these terms.

No Slip is a programme slippage tracking platform for construction contractors. We provide tools to import, record, and analyse construction programme data. We are not a delay claims consultancy and do not provide legal or professional advice.

Subscriptions are charged monthly per active site. An active site is any site with at least one snapshot uploaded in a given calendar month. Payment is due at the start of each billing period. Failure to pay within 14 days may result in suspension of access.

You retain ownership of all programme data you upload. We process it on your behalf as a data processor. Our Data Processing Agreement, available at /dpa, governs that relationship.

You must not use No Slip to upload false programme data, circumvent security controls, or attempt to access data belonging to other organisations. Violations may result in immediate termination.

Either party may terminate on 30 days written notice. On termination, you may export all your data within the notice period. We will delete your data 90 days after termination.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
